Christopher was a graduate of East Ascension High School and dedicated 35 years of his life to the construction industry, working for Turner Construction. He was a hardworking man who took pride in his career. In his spare time, Chris enjoyed studying history and hunting.
He is survived by his four siblings, Linda Gaudin, Theresa Robert (Al), Joe Opperman (Nina), and Jill Michel (Matt); along with eight nieces and nephews, Jessica Dunn (Darron), Justin Gaudin, Al Robert Jr. (Monica), Jamie Robert (Aija Gair), Joel Robert, Randi Gubbins (Carlos), Joey Opperman and Christy Turner (Brian).
Visitation will be held at St. Mark Catholic Church, 42021 LA-621, Gonzales, LA 70737,on November 4, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. The Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 am with interment to follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Vicksburg, MS.
