Clara Belle Miller

Clara Belle Miller passed away on July 7, 2017 at her home in Gonzales at the age of 94. She was a homemaker who loved taking care of her family. She is survived by her loving husband of 73 years, Earlie Miller; two sons, Dwight Miller and wife Judy, Terry Miller and wife Rita; two daughters, Carolyn Sue Wright, Vicki Estess and husband Glenn; two grandchildren, Kristopher Wright and wife MaryAnn, Kecia McCracken and husband Glenn; four great-grandchildren, Adrianna Wright, Mason Wright, Thomas Wright, Olive McCracken and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Francis P. Matthews and Mae Ella Kuhn Matthews; five brothers, Dairl Matthews, Archie Matthews, Clarence Matthews, Carl Matthews and Donice Matthews; five sisters, Ethel Bowman, Bethel Sheridan, Eula Gordon, Beulah Goblowsky and Eunice Turnage. Visitation will be from 9:00am until a religious service at 11:00am at Ourso Funeral Home in Gonzales on Tuesday, July 11, 2017. Interment will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory in Baton Rouge.
