Debra Irene Mason

Debra Irene Mason of Baton Rouge, Louisiana passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2026, at the age of 71. She was born on September 10, 1954, in Manhattan, New York. She graduated High School in Ruston, Louisiana and attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA. She was a member and served as treasurer, of Alpha Epsilon Phi sorority while attending LSU. Debra was employed as a chemical analyst for Shell Chemical for over 15 years. She had many interests such as gardening, cooking and crafting. She was a passionate reader who loved good food, going to the movie theater and socializing with her friends.

She is survived by her loving sons; Charles Maloney (Courtney) and Sean Maloney. Also, an amazing grandmother to Isabelle Maloney and Deacon Maloney. She is preceded in death by her Parents Arthur and Alice Mason, her brother Scott Mason.

Friends and family are invited to the Memorial Visitation that will be held at Ourso Funeral Home, 13533 Airline Hwy, Gonzales, Louisiana 70737, on August 31, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
