A self-employed banking and medical courier, she passed away Friday, Oct. 29, 2010, at St. Joseph Hospice, The Carpenter House of Baton Rouge. She was 57, a resident of Prairieville and native of Erie, Pa. Visiting at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales, on Wednesday, Nov. 3, from noon until service at 2 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Warren Johnson. Cremation will follow the service. Survived by her husband of 39 years, Paul B. Sihto, of Prairieville; mother, Marie Carson, of Crosby, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Ginger Duhe and Malcolm, of St. Amant; son, Jayson Paul Sihto, of Prairieville; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Marie Lemme, of Phoenix, Ariz., Connie and Stan Green, of Atlanta, and Sandra and Jay Cormier, of Crosby, Texas; brother and sister-in-law, Don Jr. and Carol Swan, of Crosby; three grandchildren, Jasmine and Elizabeth Sihto and Christian Duhe.
