Dear Denis, I tried to get here in time to ask you to look for me when I get to heaven. I didn't
quite make it, but I know you are at peace in the arms of our Lord. I will miss our talks about Jesus. I find comfort knowing that you now know all the answers to questions the rest of us will never know until we meet again. Rest in peace, Denis

Alex and I loved spending time with Denis especially watching LSU and Saints football and most of all sitting with him at events when Gaynell was singing. He was so supportive of Gaynell and just so much fun to be with. We will miss him .

We loved Denis. He was such a great guy and so much fun. We had the pleasure of spending Christmas 2015 with him and Gaynell. He gave us these great backscratchers as presents. I will always think of him when I use mine. Sending love and gratitude for knowing him and the pleasure he brought to our beloved Gaynell.
