Donald Lloyd Howell died on Saturday Sept. 24, 2016 in Baton Rouge, LA. at the age of 75. A native of Oklahoma City, Ok. and a resident of Baton Rouge, LA. . Mr. Donald was a retired Resident Supervisor for Howell House, Inc. and a United States Army National Guard Veteran. A Memorial gathering will begin on Saturday Oct. 8, 2016 from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm with a Celebration of Mr. Donald Life will begin at 5:30 pm will be celebrated by Rev. Melvin Meister. Mr. Donald is survived by 6 Daughters and their Spouses, Hope Pruet and Sam, Bonnie Franklin, Donna Duerr and Mark, Nigina Fowler and Steven, Anita Miller and Terry, Summer Hull and Steven. 2 Brothers, Vernon “Skipper” Howell, Jr. and David Howell. 14 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren. Mr. Donald was preceded in death by his Parents; Vernon Howell, Sr. and Mary Mallory Howell , 4 sisters; Colleen Swain, Anita Martinez, Mary Ann Borne and Wanda Osborne, 1 Brother; Bobby Joe Howell and 1 Great Grandson Dax Franklin.
