Dwain Carey Dupuis Jr.

A resident of Prairieville and native of Morgan City, passed away on Friday, April 18, 2014. He was a heavy equipment operator with Montco and Bisco Companies. He loved music and carpentry. He also enjoyed the time he was able to spend with family and friends. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Lynette and C.J. Parent; father and stepmother, Marshall Mayon Sr. and Elizabeth Mayon; daughters, Keila Badeaux, Lauren Dupuis and Megan Dupuis; son, Dustin Kennedy; sisters, Sarah Mayon and fiancé, Trevor Patterson and Cheryl Pullen and husband, Perry; and brothers, Kristian Mayon and fiancé, Alicia Primeaux, Marshall D. Mayon, Jr. and Shane Dupuis; uncles, Charles Bercegeay and wife Kathline, and Donnie Bercegeay and wife Janet; niece, Blair Guillot and nephew, Dylan Mayon and his best friend whom he loved dearly, Joey Niquiporo. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Bertha Bercegeay and Norris Landry. Visiting will be at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales on Thursday, April 24, 2014 from 10 am until services at 1 pm. Burial to follow in Hope Haven Cemetery, Gonzales.
