Edwin "Eddie" Paul Berthelot Jr.

Eddie was simple man, he enjoyed the little things in life, playing cards with his grandchildren and most of all sharing a cold beer with his friends and family. Eddie retired after working 27 years for the IRS. He will truly be missed by his friends and family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Edwin "Runt" Paul Berthelot Sr.; his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Guy Templet; his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Berthelot.

He is survived his sons, Blane (Jessica) Berthelot and Josh Berthelot; grandchildren, Alexis, Peyton "Big Man", and Rylee "Little One" Berthelot; mother, Lee Ann Berthelot; sisters, Rhonda (Mervin) Young, and Robin (Everet) Fekete; nieces, Rheana, Randee, and Dana; his favorite nephew, Brant; and his best and lifelong friend, Donnie Gautreau.

Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation which will be held at Ourso Funeral Home, 13533 Airline Hwy., Gonzales, LA on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 from 3:30pm-5pm with a Celebration of Life Service to follow at 5pm.
