Funeral services for Erin Rachel Guillotte will be held at Ourso Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at 11:30 am with burial to follow at Hope Haven Garden of Memory Cemetery in Gonzales. Visitation will be held on Tuesday morning at Ourso Funeral Home from 9:30 am until service time at 11:30 am. A native of Mississippi and resident of Gonzales, our precious angel was taken away too soon; she passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at the age of 17. Erin was an animal lover and especially loved cats. She is survived by her parents, Chris and Amy Guillotte; grandparents, Betty Webre and Nick Licciardi, Warren Reinhardt, Rene and Bob Schultz; sister, Brandi Guillotte; her cat Kara; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
