Frank James Noble Jr., fondly known as "Frankie", passed away on Sunday, November 16, 2025 at the age of 76. His quick-witted humor stayed with him until the very end. He was the loving husband of Debbie Carpenter Noble for 56 years. A devoted father to Jeremy Noble (Angel), Blake Noble (Jodi) and Leah N. Petite (Rhett) and amazing “Poppy” to 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and one on the way. He is also survived by his sister Linda Welborn and numerous family members and friends. He has now gone to join those who have passed before him; his parents, Frank and Lena Noble; his brothers, Jesse & John and his granddaughter Jon-Clair Petite and his great-granddaughter Lundy Claire Petite.
Frankie was a proud member of the Local 198, where he served as a past President. He loved spending time with his family and being a beloved husband and father, but when he was promoted to "Poppy" he was overjoyed. He enjoyed his chats with the grandchildren on everything from sports, grades, work and making sure they knew the importance of investing in a 401K. He would always brag about how wonderful the grandchildren were doing. Frankie was an avid LSU Tigers fan; it didn’t matter about the sport he was always watching and supporting. His kind heart, warm smile and love for his family will surely be missed.
Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, located at 15208 Highway 73, Prairieville, Louisiana, 70769, on November 22, 2025, from 10:00 am with a Mass of Christian Burial following at 11:30 am. Frankie will be laid to rest at Serenity Oaks Cemetery in Prairieville, LA.
In honor of Frankie's favorite team, we invite everybody to wear purple and gold. Fond memories and words of condolences can be expressed at www.OursoFH.com for the Noble family.
