I just wanted to say I am so sorry to hear of Freddie's passing. I had the pleasure of visiting with him for many years at Belco through work. He was a great guy and will surely be missed by many. May he rest in peace.

I don’t have a specific memory i want to tell but a bunch id like to tell. Some that come to mind are the many many sequence games in which he beat me at and the card games as well as the magic tricks he taught me. Another was i remember when we’d go outside to bring Ginger and we’d walk all around the house to show her lizards or fishing or when I’d help him work on/construct something. Bottom line, he was one of the most wonderful people I’ve ever met and I’m just so so lucky to have got the pleasure of knowing this great man. I love you pawpaw, rest now<3

Freddie was the very first person that I shared my New Salvation experience with and he counciled me and encouraged me all along the way in my New life with Christ. I have always looked to Freddie as my Christian adviser and he was always there when I needed advise or had questions. His depth and understanding of God’s word has always impressed and encouraged me. I will miss Freddie Dufren and remember him as a true Christian man Who loved the Lord. . My deepest sympathies go out to Lorita, Brandon, and the entire Dufren Family. God Bless Freddie Dufren.

Dawn & Bob, Alex and Nick --
Our heartfelt prayers and condolences to each of you, and to your mother and family, Dawn.
Jesus came to choose fishermen to follow Him both 2,000 years ago and last Thursday. May your dad's life of faith be a powerful legacy that binds you together as family for generations to come. Trust in His mercy and pass on your dad's love.
You are in our hearts and prayers,
