Gloria Ann Guillory

Gloria Ann Guillory age 83, a longtime resident of Baton Rouge, La but later moved to Prairieville, La passed away on June 26, 2026.She was born in Oakdale, La on October 11,1942. She was known for her incredible cooking and the way every meal around her table made the family feel at home. She was also an exceptional hostess whose home was always open to family, friends, and neighbors. Ann loved spending time talking on the phone with those she loved, catching up on life's everyday moments and reading books in her free time. She was the glue that held her family together, always encouraging gatherings, celebrating milestones, and reminding everyone of the importance of staying connected.

She was survived by Dwayne Guillory (Linda), Scott Guillory (Linette) Tiffany Medine (Blake) And Son in Law Grady Stratton; Grandchildren Kelli Guillory, Shane Stratton, Corey Stratton, Jake Guillory, Shelbi Schexnayder, Chase Medine, Sarah Medine, Alexa Medine. Along with 13 Great-Grandchildren; Her Brothers and Sisters Jeanette Book, Betty Johnson, Deanie Lejeune, Judy Ortego and Elter Smith Jr.

She is proceeded in death by her husband Challon Guillory; Daughter Kay Stratton and her Parents Dougie and Myrtle Smith and in-laws Ray B and Lillian Guillory.

Above all, she was a devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She gave selflessly to her children and grandchildren, leaving behind a legacy of unconditional love, generosity, and unwavering support. She will be missed very much.

Visitation for Gloria Ann will be held on July 10,2026 at Ourso Funeral Home 13533 Airline Hwy Gonzales, La 70737 starting at 10:00am-12:00pm with a Memorial Service to begin at 12:00 pm. Funeral procession immediately following to Serenity Oaks Memorial Park in Prairieville, La.
