A resident of Gonzales and native of Berea, KY, she passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2013. She was 67. She worked at various jobs, but taking care of her family was her top priority. Visiting will be at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales on Friday, November 1, 2013 from 5 pm to 9 pm. Graveside services will be held at a later date in Kentucky. She is survived by her children, Pamela Newcomb and her husband, Robert, Wayne Anglin and Marion Martinez, and Jerry Bercegeay; four grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dewey and Katie Skinner, daughter, Loretta Anglin and two infant great grandchildren. Sam spent a lot of her free time playing Bubble Boppers on the original Nintendo. She could always talk her son into playing with her for hours on end.
