Jackie “Jack” Ronald Watson, Sr., passed away on Friday, March 5, 2021 at the age of 80. He is a native of Salyersville, KY and a resident of Livingston, LA. As the former president of Chapter 725 Vietnam Vets and Ascension Parish Veterans Memorial Park, Jack took pride in serving his country and helping those in need. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Renate Watson; parents, Jalie Cook Watson and Edward Watson; sister, Shelby Ross; brother, Louis Watson. He is survived by his loving wife Janice Duhe Watson; sons, Steven Watson, Kenneth Watson, Jackie Watson, Jr. and wife Gretchen.; grandchildren, Kenneth McCoy and his wife Brooke, Trenton, Brent, Katelyn, Brooklyn, Shelby, Brody Watson and Jamie Willie; great grandchild, Renada McCoy; sisters, Wilma Gadd, Joan Watson, Marcella Zenyuch and her husband John and a host of other relatives and friends. Family and friends of Jack are invited to attend the Graveside Services on Friday, March 19, 2021 at Biloxi National Cemetery, 400 Veterans Blvd. Biloxi, MS 39531 at 12:30pm.
