James Kerry Allen

He is survived by his girlfriend and best friend, Leslie Matherne; daughter, Tobi Freeman; son, Jobe Allen and wife, Tara; four sisters, Shilea Ruesgen, Lorna Allen, Marla Duplessis and husband, Kevin, and Laurie Perck and husband, Bobby; four brothers, Keith Allen and wife, Elaine, Malcolm Allen, Clark Allen, and Kirby Allen; and five grandchildren, Madison, Brayden, Griffin, and Camdyn Allen and Harleigh Freeman.

Preceded in death by his wife, Frankie Ponson Allen; and his parents, Robert and Gatis Villenurve Allen.

A visitation will be held at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales, on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. Visitation will resume at the funeral home on Thursday, May 24, 2012 from 8 a.m. until funeral service at 9 a.m., conducted by Pastor Mark Stermer. Burial will take place at 3 p.m. in Lakewood Memorial Park South Cemetery in Jackson, MS, with Rev. Joe McCrillis.
