

Janell Marie Poché - God saw you were getting tired; a cure was not to be. So he put his arms around you and whispered, "Come to me". With tearful eyes we watched you and saw you pass away. Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard-working hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, he only takes the best. Janell Marie Poche', 62, passed away at her home in Maurepas, Louisiana, on Thursday, February 4, 2016. Survived by husband of 40 years, Lanny Poche'; two sons, Troy Bivona, Eddie Poche' (wife Michelle); One daughter, Tressie Bivona; One grandson, Christian Sihto; One sister, Beverly Plaisance (husband Ronnie); One brother, James Barrios; numerous nieces and nephews and two very special friends, Barbara Weaver and Becky Marson. She was preceded in death by her parents, Margarete Barrios and Eddie Barrios. Services will be held at Ourso Funeral Home in Gonzales, Louisiana, on Sunday, February 7, 2016, from 1 – 5pm.
