Jeff was an avid cook, LSU, Saints, & St. Louis Cardinal’s fan. He graduated from Central Private High School in 2003. He loved spending time with his family, friends and pets. As a resident of Baton Rouge, he passed away on December 2, 2013. He is survived by his parents Steven and Julie Lockwood Parker of Baton Rouge; sister and brother-in-law Kristin and Rusty Simpson of Prairieville; 2 brothers Dr. Joshua Michael Parker of Baton Rouge, LA and Jacob Zachary Parker Baton Rouge; maternal grandfather C.E. Lockwood of Sorrento; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by maternal grandmother Jean S. Lockwood; paternal grandparents Wanda J. and Ernest E. Parker; aunt Nancy L Strittmatter. Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2013 at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales from 10:00am until funeral service at 1:00pm.
