Survived by his fiance and partner of 18 years Maggie Edwards and her son John that he called his son. Aswell as his best friend, the closest thing to a brother; Don Bass, his wife Jennifer and God daughter Donice that he adored.
Jerry was a kind and simple man who said "when I go, don't make a fuss". He will be laid to rest by his parents' graves, Malone and Virgina Hendry.
In the spring, there will be a celebration of Jerry at his home on the river.
