Johnny Cornelius passed away Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at the age of 96. Johnny is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Dale G. and Elizabeth A. Cornelius; sister, Annie Orliki (99 years old); brother, George Coniglio, Jr. (88 years old); 4 grandchildren, Geoffrey Andre Rhunke, Julie Renee Cornelius, Claire Marie Henderson and Jennifer Ann Cornelius. He was preceded in death by his wife, Georgette Faucheux Cornelius; daughter, Margaret A. Rhunke; parents, George and Lena Coniglio; 3 brothers and 4 sisters. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at 11:00AM conducted by Rev. Charlie Landry at St. Gabriel Catholic Church Mausoleum.
