Juana M. Cabrera

Funeral services will be held for Juana Maria Cabrera on Friday, June 28, 2019, 11:00 am at Ourso Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Hope Haven Cemetery. Visitation will take place on Friday from 9:00 am until services at 11:00 am. Mrs. Cabrera passed away on June 24, 2019 at the age of 95. She was a loving mother and homemaker who loved taking care of her family, playing cards and dominos. She will be greatly missed by those who love her. Mrs. Cabrera is survived by her son, Gilbert Cabrera and wife Poteet; grandchildren, Christa Pelltier and husband Richard, Jessica Medeiros, Keith Sonnier, Kaitlyn Detillier; great-grandchildren, Astin Martin, Blake Martin, Richie Benson; great great-grandchildren, Breelyn Sonnier, Peyton Martin and sister, Marusa Castro. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gil Cabrera; parents, Jose and Amalia Rodriguez and seven brothers and sisters. Ourso Funeral Home of Gonzales is in charge of arrangements.
