Cpl Kyle Joseph Meyers, United States Marine Corps, age 25 passed away Friday, Nov. 9, 2012, in Baton Rouge, La. as the result of a motorcycle accident. A native of Baton Rouge and a resident of Prairieville, Kyle is survived by his wife Natalie LeJeune Meyers, 1 daughter: Sophia Grace Meyers both of Prairieville, Father: Joey Meyers & wife Janice Frederic Meyers of St. Amant, La. Mother: Deborah Meyers & husband Gay Landry of Gonzales, Sisters: Darie Meyers Russo & husband Jay of Gonzales, Lauren Meyers of St. Amant, 1 sister-in-law: Emily Braud & husband Adam of Prairieville, Step Sisters: Shawntel & Kathryn Landry of Baton Rouge, Mother & Father-in-law: Becky & Randy LeJeune of_Prairieville. He is also survived by Nephews: Cameron & Logan Russo, Anthony & Shawn Landry, Brandon Ash and Madden Braud, Niece: Daisy Howland, Paternal grandparents: Ruby & Jim Shier and Eula Frederic, Maternal grandmother: Glendora Carter and numerous aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather: Veazie J. Meyers. There will be a visitation at Carpenters Chapel United Methodist Church, 41181 Hwy. 933, Prairieville on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 from 9:00 AM until religious services at 1:00 PM conducted by Pastor Jared Williams. Interment will follow at Carpenters Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery, Prairieville, La. Pallbearers will be Adam Braud, Jay Russo, Donovan May, Justin Gordon, Randy Ellis & Alex Harbert. Honorary Pallbearers will be Josh Owens & Chas SanNicholas.
