She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Wayne and Barbara Roberts, and her paternal grandparents, Charles and June Emory.
Lauren was a devoted mother who cherished her daughter more than anything in this world. Kylie was her greatest joy and the greatest gift she could have given her family. Those who loved Lauren find comfort in seeing so much of her spirit reflected in Kylie.
Lauren never seemed to meet a stranger. She was honest, loyal, loving, and unapologetically true to herself. She touched the lives of countless people, including the nurses, doctors, and medical professionals who cared for her throughout her six-year journey. Her strength and determination left an impression on everyone who knew her.

Lauren will be deeply missed and forever loved. Her strength, courage, honesty, fierce loyalty, and love for life will remain in the hearts of all who knew her.
Until we meet again, our sweet Lauren. You fought the fight of your life, and now you can finally rest.
