Leola Mae Lambert

Leola “Lee” Lambert passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at the age of 84. She was a native and resident of Gonzales. Lee was a kind hearted person who loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed playing bingo and going to the casino. She went to Counsel on Aging. After more than 30 years, Lee retired from TG&Y. Lee is survived by her children, Tammy L. White and husband, Ray, Michael D. Braud, Sr. and wife, Melissa, Damon E. Foster, Sr. and wife, Terri, Ann Keller and husband, Dale, Linda Patterson and husband, Lloyd, Lisa Wilson and husband, Don, Lori Hoover and husband, Glynn, and Joey Crawford and wife, Sherry; sisters, Leona Perque, Agnes Heintze, Mary Robbins, Shirley Delatte; brothers, Leon Jay Braud, Hubert Braud; grandchildren, Kelli B. Broussard, Michael D. Braud, Jr., Marcus D. Braud, Ryan M. White, Cameron J. White, Damon E. Foster, Jr., Heather Marie Decoteau; great-grandchildren, Braylin Broussard, Blake Broussard, Madison Lynn Braud, Jude David Decoteau, Anna Marie Decoteau. She is preceded in death by her husband, Albert Joseph Lambert; parents, Estress and Juliet Braud; brother Leo Braud.

Visitation will be held at Ourso Funeral Home of Gonzales on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Visitation will resume on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at St. Theresa of Avila Catholic Church from 9:00 am until Mass of Christian Burial at11:00 am celebrated by Fr. Eric Gyan. Interment will immediately follow at St. Theresa Catholic Church Cemetery.
