Born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and most recently a resident of Mont Belvieu , Texas, Lindsey lived with a heart as vibrant as her smile. Her smile was as bright as her spirit. She laughed loud, loved fiercely, and touched more lives than she ever knew. Fiercely protective of those she loved, Lindsey found immense joy in her Catholic faith, learning about others, and turning the music up loud.
Above all, Lindsey’s greatest joy was being Isabella’s mom. She loved her daughter with every part of her heart, and there was nothing she wouldn’t do to protect and care for her. She also shared an extraordinary bond with her twin sister, Lauren—a relationship rooted in unconditional love, loyalty, and understanding.
Lindsey leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughter, Isabella Schroeder; her father, Sidney Kelley Jr.; her mother, Carla Rhea Kelley; her siblings, Trey Kelley (Lauren), Lauren Kelley, and Hope Kelley; her grandmother, Gwen Kling; along with numerous family members and dear friends whose lives she touched more than she ever realized.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ralph Kling, Sidney Kelley Sr., and Gladys Kelley.
Though her life ended far too soon, Lindsey’s bright smile, generous heart, and unwavering love will continue to live on in the countless memories she created and in everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Lindsey’s life on Friday, July 3, 2026, at St. Anne Catholic Church, 7348 Main St. Sorrento, LA. Visitation will begin at 10AM, followed by a funeral Mass at 12PM. A private burial will take place at a later date at Holy Rosary Mausoleum in St. Amant.
