Loris Landry Gautreau

Loris Landry Gautreau, age 81, passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2015. She was a native of Ponchatoula, LA and resident of Gonzales, LA. Loris was an avid photographer and loved to dance. She was a member of the St. Theresa of Avila Church Choir as well as a member of the United Daughters of Confederacy. Loris was a loyal employee at Carville Credit Union for many years. Loris was kind to everyone and never met a stranger. She was loved and will be missed by all who knew her. Loris is survived by her daughter, Michelle Danna and husband, Dominick Jr.; son, David Gautreau and wife, Lisa; brother, Lanell "Tony" Landry and wife, Ruby; grandchildren, Dominick Danna III, Austin and Grant Gautreau. She is preceded in death by her husband, James Donald Gautreau; grandchildren, Daphne Danna, David Gautreau Jr., and Josie Gautreau. Visitation will be held at St. Theresa Catholic Church on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 from 9:30 am until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am with Fr. Eric Gayan officiating.
