Lucille Stewart

August 24, 1930October 8, 2020

Lucille Linda Fontenot Stewart, born in White Hall and resident of Gonzales, passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2020 at the age of 89. Lucille was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, who loved spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her son, Darrell “Bimbo” Parent and wife, Jeanne; daughter, Faye Payne and husband, Charles; grandchildren, D’Shae, Desirae, Jeri, Ronald, Tammy, Kelly; great grandchildren, Bailey, Bentley, Sally, Jackson, Logan, Kelsey, Chase; great great grandchildren, Korbyn, Skylynn, Harley, Xyla-Kate. She is preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Margaret Fontenot; son, Dennis Beason; 9 brothers and sisters. Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12, 2020 at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Maurepas from 9:30 am until Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am. Interment to follow at White Hall Community Cemetery. Mike Fontenot, Danny Clark, Chad Poche, Sammy Cobb, Tim Schuler, and Darrell Parent will serve as pallbearers. The family would like to thank Dr. Barker, Ascension Oaks Nursing Home, and The Crossing at Clarity Hospice facility for their devoted care and compassion. Sorry for your loss but I am also a grandchild. I am Dennis Beason's oldest daughter. He had 1 more daughter Sherry a set of twin boys Justin and Dustin Beason and another son name Dennis Jr. He had 3 grandkids Coy and Makayla Siddall and Dylan Rakestraw. He also had 1 great grand son Weston Sawyer. My dad has also lost 2 of his kids to. Just thought I would include my daddy's kids and grandkids to. Praying for the family.
