He is survived by his wife, Michelle Templet; parents, Martin & Dianne Templet; two daughters, Mallory Scott Templet and Layne Michelle Templet; sister, Toni Ann DeLaune-Carmena; brother, Chad Micheal Templet; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Grace and Collins Pertuis Sr.; and his paternal grandparents, Felice and Ulysses Templet.
A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, September 16, 2012 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales.
