Micha Renee Meaux

Micha Latuso Meaux, a cherished native and lifelong resident of Gonzales, passed away on March 17, 2024, at the age of 64. Micha's journey began in Gonzales, where she attended St. Theresa of Avila and later graduated from East Ascension High School. She continued her educational pursuits at South Eastern University. Micha will always be remembered for her kind, caring, and loving ways. She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Faye Gautreau Sylvester, her sister Terri Lynn, and brothers Eric Latuso and Johnny Ramirez. She now joins her grandparents Michel and Angeline Latuso and Welmon and Ruth Gautreau in eternal peace. Micha leaves behind a legacy of love and warmth, survived by her daughters, Michelle LeSage & Thomas Martinez, and Alexis & Chase Mosher; her devoted parents, Mickey & Betty Latuso; her caring brothers, Mitch & Candace Latuso, Robbie & Jamie Latuso, and Jason Ramirez; her sister, Jodi & Cade Sheets; and her adoring grandchildren, Gavin LeSage, Joel, Callie & Elijah Mosher. Family and friends are invited to honor Micha's life during the visitation at Ourso Funeral Home, 13533 Airline Hwy., Gonzales, LA 70737, on Friday, March 22, 2024, from 9 am to 11 am. A Celebration of Micha’s Life will follow at 11 am. May her gentle soul rest in peace, and may her memory continue to inspire and comfort those who knew and loved her.
