Nita Lambert Gaudin a resident of Gonzales, La passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was 97 years old. She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Hewitt and Mary Gaudin; Jack Gaudin and Howard Gaudin; stepdaughter, Robbin Deney and stepson, Mark (Barbara) Noble; grandchildren, Sheree (Barry) Martine, Michael (Nicole) Gaudin, Rebecca Gaudin, Jessica (Darron) Dunn, Justin Gaudin, Joseph Gaudin, Alicia (Hubble) Mire, Lainee (Josh) Williams, and Kari Gaudin; and numerous great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Hewitt Gaudin Sr., and Carroll Clampitt; parents, Elie and Lise Babin Lambert; Daughter, Carolyn Gaudin; granddaughter, Rachael Thomassee; and sisters, Nettie Gautreau, Gertie Dickson, and Maelise Millet. The services for Nita will be held on Monday, June 9, 2025, at St. Mark Catholic Church Hwy 42021 621, Gonzales, La.
The visitation will be from 9 am until the Mass of Christian burial at 11 am. She will be laid to rest at Hope Haven Cemetery, 604 E. Hwy 30, Gonzales, La.
