

John 15:12. This is my commandment: Love each other the same way I have loved you. There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends. Kay was the epitome of friendship, servanthood and love. Kay opened her home and heart to those in need repeatedly, a true humanitarian.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, James “Bob” Cason; mother, Vera Howe Carroll; sister, Iris Tanner; brother, Athen Neville Tanner and sisters-in-law, Lorraine Tanner and Carol Tanner.
She is survived by her daughter, Tracey Cason Bradshaw; sons, Bradley and wife Rose Blair Cason, Todd and wife Estella Lozono Cason; grandchildren, Blake and Amanda Cason, Allison and Scott Guillory, Cameron Cason, Tyler and Jonna Bradshaw; 7 great grandchildren, Harper, Adelin, Tyson, Rhyleigh, Blakely, Everlee and Alexander; brothers, Darrell and Glen and sister-in-law, Deanie Saia.

Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation which will be held at Ourso Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 1 from 10:00 A.M. until services at 12:00 P.M. Burial will follow at Carpenter’s chapel Cemetary.
