Permell Elliott Dubone, a resident of New Orleans, La passed away at the St. Joseph Hospice, The Carpenter House on Friday, September 22, 2023, at the age of 78. She was born in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Agnes Johnson Dubone. She was a school teacher who taught for over 35 years and was loved by her students. Permell is survived by her daughter, Erica Dubone (Michael John P.), and son, Bartel Dubone. She was preceded in death by her husband of almost 50 years, Phillip Dubone, and her mother. A Visitation will be held on Monday, Oct 2, 2023, from 9 a.m. until the funeral service at 11 a.m. at Praise Church, 36452 C. Braud Rd, Prairieville, La 70769.
