Rachel Ann Nicholson, a resident of Denham Springs passed away on August 1, 2023, at the age of 39. She is survived by her daughter, Valerie Bankston; parents, Jerry and Rebecca “Becky” Nicholson; sister, Jennifer Nicholson, and fiance’ Wayne Steadman; brother, Ronnie Favaron Jr; aunts and uncles, Deborah and Gary Hebert, Paula and Kerby McGregor, Arlene and Keith Bankston and Danny Nicholson; nieces and nephews, Tevin Nicholson, Marley Nicholson, Kyler Nicholson, and Alyssa Nicholson. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Nick and Reba Nicholson, Charles Font, and Christine Langston. Visitation for Rachel will be held on Thursday, August 10, 2023, from 9:30 am until the funeral service at 11 am at Ourso Funeral Home 13533 Airline Hwy Gonzales, La. She will be laid to rest at Felder’s Cemetery, Hwy 16, Denham Springs, La. Pallbearers will be Tevin Nicholson, Wayne Steadman, Mason Dupuy, Tim Gerald, Nick Klabunde, and Mazi Henderson.
