Sue Langley Riley

Mrs. Sue Langley Riley, age 76, passed away on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at her residence. She was a native of Baton Rouge and a current resident of Gonzales. After graduating from Northwestern Louisiana University, Mrs. Riley worked for many years as a teacher of the most brilliant math minds in Southeast Louisiana. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, William “Jerry” Riley; daughters, Paige Riley, Erin Riley Tarver; son-in-law, Scott Tarver; sister-in-law, Jean Ann Brashear Riley and grandchildren, Logan Tarver, Paxton Tarver and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph H. Langley and Constance Conley Langley; sister, Connie Langley Walker; brother-in-law, Ron Riley; and her daughters, Robin and Bronwyn. A memorial service for Mrs. Riley will be held on Sunday, December 16, 2018, 2:00 pm at Ascension Baptist Church in Gonzales. Ourso Funeral Home (www.oursofh.com) is in charge of arrangements.
