Tomas Keith Jones

Tomas Keith Jones, 23, passed away May 18, 2017 as a result of an automobile accident. He was a resident of Gonzales. Tomas was a first mate with Western Rivers. He was working toward attaining his crew boat license and eventually his captains tug boat license. He was also a volunteer fireman, he loved motorcycle riding and his job on the river. Visitation will be at Ourso Funeral Home in Gonzales on Friday, May 26, 2017 from 5PM until 9PM. Visitation will resume at Ourso on Saturday, May 27, 2017 from 9AM until service at 11AM. Interment will follow at Serenity Oaks Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Devin Quaid, Payton Bishop, Dwight Guedry, Blake Laiche, Jeremy Carter, Joseph Guedry, Chip Dozart and Justin Reilly, Sr. Tomas is survived by his mother Mandy Teresa Buratt Pruett; father Jimmy Lee Jones; grandparents Connie and Joe Guedry, Rena McPree and Kenneth Jones; sisters Evelyn Noelle Reilly, Kristen Brooke Molyneau; brothers Troy Alexander Klein, Brennon Nicholas Jones, Kenny Jones, Matthew Jones; nephews Waylon Cash Molyneau, Justin Alec Reilly, Jr. and Liam Keith Reilly; niece Doris-Elizabeth Kathleen Reilly; aunt Nicole Buratt Settoon; bothers-in-law Wesley Molyneau, Justin Reilly, Sr., stepmother Sherry McCoy Jones; uncles James Guy Settoon, Jeffrey Ned Cook, Jr., Keith Ray Sonnier and numerous cousins.
