Clifton Franklin Kloss

Clifton was born on January 21, 1926 in Lubbock, Texas to the late Mr. and Mrs. Harry Kloss. Clifton married Opal Wilkerson-Kloss, in Gonzales, Texas on July 16, 1949. Clifton loved his job as a truck driver. Clifton is preceded in death by his parents, infant daughter and two brothers. Clifton Kloss is survived by his loving wife of 61 years; Opal Kloss, his one son: Harry Kloss of Irving, Texas; two daughters: Donna Kloss of Live Oak, Texas; Janna Kloss of New Braunfels, Texas; three sisters: Lois Sutton of Gonzales, Texas, Opal Popham of Lake Hills, Texas, JoAnn Baker of Round Rock, Texas; five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

A visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, October 13, 2010, from 8:30 A.M. untill 9:30 A.M. at Buffington Funeral Home Chapel in Gonzales, Texas. A 10:00 A.M. Graveside Service will follow at the Gonzales Memorial Cemetery. Condolences and well wishes for the family may be left on our guest book.
