Allen "Ray" Nelson, passed away September 13, 2020. Born December 20, 1935 in Dover, Tennessee and married the love of is life, Georgia Nell Walker of Dover, Tennessee. They had one daughter, Rita Faye Nelson, and she was their world.
A retired employee of Perelli Tire Company and long time resident of Goodlettsville, Tennessee.
Ray is survived by many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife, Georgia "Nell" Nelson, and his only daughter, Rita Faye Nelson; parents, Frank and Viola Walker; sister, Irene Allen and brother Alvin Nelson.
Ray was a devoted husband and father. He was an avid pool player and played locally at JOB's. He professed the Lord as his Savior. He will be deeply missed by family and friends.
A graveside service will be held 12:00 Friday, September 18, 2020 at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, 1150 South Dickerson Pike, Goodlettsville, Tennessee 37072.
