Preceded in death by his wife. Willie Mae Swafford; sisters, Joan Lovvorn and Kathleen Swafford.
Survived by son, Edward Swafford; brothers, Robert Eugene, David Roy and twin William Swafford.
Allen was a faithful and active member of Faith Baptist Church. A loving and wonderful husband, father and friend.
A Celebration of his life will be held 12 noon Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at Forest Lawn Chapel with Jerry Jones officiating.
Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens with nephews serving as pallbearers.
Visitation with the family will be Tuesday 4-8 pm and Wednesday 10 am until service at Noon.
