He was born December 12, 1952 in Virginia.
He was a proud Veteran of the United States Army and maintained a long career as an iron worker.
He is proceeded in death by daughter Shannon Eileen Willis and Mother Peggy Ann Jolly
(Musick).
He is survived by daughter Shawna (Daniel) Garrett, granddaughters Deanna and Emelia
Garrett, brothers Ralph Willis, Ricky Willis, and Jimmy Willis, and sister Yvonne Mannheimer as well as nephews and nieces.
