Preceded in death by Parents, Lynn and Alice Hinson; sister, Jesse Carter; brothers, Freedman Hinson, A.B. Hinson and Orie Hinson.
Survived by loving wife, Jeannette F. Hinson; daughters, Kathy MacIntosh, Teresa (Gary) Hunley, Beth Corter and Tina (David) Wiseman; son, Frederick Bell; sister, Lillie Looper; grandchildren, Maria, Joe, Robert, Frank, Renee, Scott and Cheyenne; twelve great-grandchildren; church family and friends.
A.V. was a wonderful, loving and caring husband, best daddy ever, grandfather and friend. A longtime member of Stones River Baptist Church.
A Celebration of his life will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, January 10, at Stones River Baptist Church, with Oscar White officiating. Interment to follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, with family serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be 5:00-8:00 pm Thursday at the church.
