A member of Joelton Church of Christ and one who enjoyed reading and her grandchildren, Mrs. Woods is survived by her husband of 49 years, Kent B. Woods; children, Kent B. Woods, Jr., Melissa Duffy, Kristi (Michael) Coleman; grandchildren, Whitney Woods, Chantel Woods, Dante Woods, Jackson Duffy, Maci Coleman and Kaitlyn Colman.
A celebration of life will be conducted 2:00 Thursday, November 20, 2014 in the chapel of Forest Lawn with Bro. Joe McKinney officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Serving as pallbearers are Ray Phelps, Ronnie Phelps, Shane Foster, Richard Bloss, Keven Phelps and Jason Phelps.
Friends and family will gather to remember Mrs. Woods at a visitation Wednesday, November 19, 2014 from 5:00 until 8:00 and Thursday from 12:30 until 2:00 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home 1150 South Dickerson, Road Goodlettsville, TN.
