Billy Lemuel Ragan Goodlettsville, TN age 85, passed away February 14, 2016. He is survived by his sister, Mary Deaderick; brother, Robert Ragan; several nieces and nephews; great-nieces and a great-nephew. A Memorial service will be held at 12:30 pm Sunday, February 28, 2016 at Union Hill Baptist Church with Dr. Michael Mayo with Military Honors to follow.
