Bruce Lindsey

He was born on September 12, 1947 in Birmingham, Alabama to the late Howard James and Ollie Dunaway Lindsey.

Bruce is survived by his wife of forty-seven years, Sherry Loden Lindsey; nephew, Ron Handley, Jr.; great-nephews, Austin Handley and Blake Handley; other surviving family members, Ron Handley, Sr., Phillis Handley, and Gary Handley. He is also survived by numerous friends.

In addition to his parents, Bruce is preceded in death by his brother, Randall Lindsey.

He enjoyed watching sports of any kind. He was a former running back for Ole’Miss and was a huge Ole’Miss fan. He had a great loved for his family and was always considered to be the life of the party.

A visitation will be held Sunday, November 21, 2021 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the funeral home. A celebration of life service for Bruce will be held Sunday, November 21, 2021 at 12:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 1150 South Dickerson Road, Goodlettsville, TN 37072. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Goodlettsville.
