She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Polk; father, Ed Vick; mother, Bess Vick; and sister, Shirley Keathley.

Carol is survived by daughter, Debi (Steve) Peak; son, Eddy (Renee) Polk; grandchildren, Morgan (Dustin) Finn; Matt (Abbie) Jenkins; Mitchell (Maggie) Peak; Jaycee Polk; McKenzie (Neil) Davenport; great-grandchildren, Hadden Finn; Westyn Finn; Peyton Finn; Janiah Finn; Noah Jenkins; Sunnie Jenkins; Beau Jenkins; Collins Peak; Kylah Polk; Kadyn Polk; Colton Davenport; Jonathon Davenport; and Katie Jo Davenport.

Visitation will be held Thursday, October 29th from 10AM until the hour of Service at 2PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Adam Wheeler officiating.

Entombment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
