Carrie Louise White

Born on January 30, 1931, to Meshach and Lovie Pearl Isbell Hale, Carrie lived a life devoted to her family, faith, and the people she loved. She was known for her strength, kindness, and unwavering love for her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 70 years, John Dudley White, Sr.; her parents, Meshach and Lovie Hale; sons, John Dudley White, Jr. and Jimmy Ray White; daughter-in-law, Margaret White; granddaughter, Lisa Carlton; sisters, Rena Pryor and Joan Hale; and brothers, Dewey Hale, Jimmy Hale, Lonnie Hale and David Hale.

She is survived by her daughter, Cathy Louise Reeves (Mike); daughter-in-law, Sandra White; grandchildren, Tisa Jones (Ronnie), Jayme White, Melisa Cobb (Gage), Suzan Etheridge, Elizabeth Barbee (BJ), Ashley Jacobs (Brett), Valerie Chapman (Josh), and Spud White; along with 25 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren, all of whom she loved dearly.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, May 22, 2026, at Forest Lawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens in Goodlettsville, TN. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with a graveside service following at 11:00 a.m.
