Charles E. “Pee Wee” Redding, age 82, of Goodlettsville, TN passed away Monday, October 6, 2014. He was born Saturday, February 6, 1932 in Davidson County, TN and is preceded in death by parents, Sam and Ora Lee Moore Redding and three brothers.
Charles was a veteran of the US Army and worked at Ford Glass Plant for 38 years. He was a member of Dickerson Road Baptist Church.
He is survived by his loving wife, Donna Redding; sister, Maxine Wiggs; brother, Harold Redding; stepsons, Richard Norris, Jesse Norris, Tommy G. Norris and step-daughter, Deborah.
A celebration of life will be conducted 2:00 Thursday, October 9, 2014 in the chapel of Forest Lawn with Bro. Mike Fisher and Bro. John Murray officiating.
Burial with military honors will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be David Auberson, Richard Norris, Jesse Norris, Tommy G. Norris, Arthur Keen, Justin Norris, Tommy R. Norris, Hal Redding.
Family and friends will gather at a visitation Wednesday, October 8, 2014 from 3:00 until 8:00 at Forest Lawn.
