A graduate of Maplewood High School and manager for Big Lots; he was an accomplished drummer playing for Brenda Lee and several others and then his own band Pink Lincoln.
Charles is survived by his daughter, Brittany Nichole Wood and her finance, Will Thompson; sister, Becky Claytor and her husband, Claude; Brittany's mother, Deborah Wood; nieces, Rachael Garrett and Amy Claytor Kendall.
Family and friends will gather to remember Charles Saturday, April 29, 2023 from 12:00 until 2:00 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home 1150 S. Dickerson Pike, Goodlettsville.
