We'll miss Sue.  She was a sweet person.  Our condolences to the family.

You have all been in my thoughts and prayers this last week.  I wish I could be there in person to give you all hugs.  Sue has made such an impact on my life, and I know I'm not the only one.  She welcomed everyone with open arms and a loving heart.  She will live on through all the wonderful memories we share.  She's with her Daddy now and all the other family members and friends that have gone before.  My you find peace and comfort knowing she's home.  Love you all like family.

I just saw about Sue's passing this morning.  I am so very sorry.  She was so sweet, kind, precious & helpful with family, friends, neighbors & State of Tennessee Employees.  She will be missed by many tho now  resting with her heavenly and earthly Fathers.  Lifting you & your families in prayer.

To the family.  Sue Sue will be missed.  Sue was a major part of the State of TN 401(k) and 457(b) plans.  A void left, but her spirit will remain to all that knew her and talked with her over the phone.  I will remember the many stories and laughs we shared.

What a sweet, kind and compassionate individual.  Sue was always ready with a hug and a kind word of encouragement.  She will be missed greatly.

I just found out this morning from someone at Great West and I was shocked by the news. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. Sue made things easy for me and what I do at the State of Tennessee. She will be missed. Eric B.

Misty and family. Sorry to hear of your loss. You are in our thoughts and prayers. May God bring you peace and calm your heart. She is touching the face of God and smiling down on all of you. I never met her but can only imagine if she was anything like her two daughters I know, she was a terrific lady. Lord bless and keep this family in their time of sorry. Love to you all.

Well said, Tori!  Misty is one of my very best friends for over 20 years and I know how close she was to her mother.  Undoubtedly Misty is a reflection of her mom...warm, caring, loving, generous and a great mom and friend to everyone!  My deepest sympathies to the whole family.

Oh my - where do I start?  Sue Sue was one of the first friends I made without the help of the person I was dating at the time.  We quickly became "family".  I left the church I attended for so long and where I grew to love Sue, Mrs. Hughes, Mindy, Misty, Cheyenne, Logan, and Jade.  I didn't get to see my friend often after that, but when we did see each other, we just picked up where we left off.  She gave the best hugs!  She will be missed , but she lives in the lives of her daughters and grandchildren and anyone who knew her.  SueSue never met someone she didn't love and who didn't instantly fall in love with her.  I miss you my dear, sweet friend.  Selfishly, I want you where you're a phone call or a short drive away, but I look forward to the day when we meet again and walk among the saints.

I am a second cousin who only met Sue a few years ago. To meet her, and visit with her and her family, was to love her. My heart hurts for her passing and for not knowing her for a longer period of time. Aunt Vestie, Mindy, Misty and families, I grieve with you, and for you, in the loss of your Mother. I didn't know Sue personally, but her daughter, Misty, is a dear friend.....and if Misty is any reflection of her mother, then Sue undoubtedly was an awesome person.
My thoughts and prayers go out to her friends and family during this time.  Celebrate her life, don't mourn her passing, for she is in a better place.

All of us at the University of Tennessee are shocked and heartbroken over Sue's passing.  She was always so helpful and easy to work with.  The world will be a smaller place with her gone.  Our prayers are with her family.

I was extremely saddened by the death of Sue, she had been extremely helpful and compassionate in dealing with questions related to my late wife's retirement.  I am sure she will be greatly missed by those who knew and worked with her.    Eddie Wilson Knoxville, Tn.

I worked with Sue at Great West many years ago.  She was such a kind and jovial person, one who you would never forget.  I was very sad to hear that she had passed away.  My condolences to her family.
