Colene Allen, age 78, of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, September 21, 2024. Colene was born Sunday, February 3, 1946 in Celina, Tennessee. Colene is preceded in death by her parents Della Short and Woodard Smith; husband, Fletcher L. Allen; siblings, Edith Morford, Opal Plumlee, Elbert Smith, Delbert Smith, Arnold Smith.
A graduate of Red Boiling Springs High School and a homemaker, she enjoyed walking, playing Rummy and crazy 8's; she is survived by her sons, Edgar Allen and Alvin Allen; sisters, Carol Armand, Dot Holmes, Sue Crawford and brother, Oral "Mutt" Smith.
A visitation for Colene will be held Wednesday, September 25, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 1150 South Dickerson Road, Goodlettsville, TN 37072.
A celebration of life will be held Wednesday, September 25, 2024 from 2:00 PM 1150 South Dickerson Road, Goodlettsville, TN 37072.
Burial will follow in the Garden of Meditation of Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
