Corey Daniel Pachmayr - age 38 passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2012. Born Thursday March 21, 1974 in Fort Smith, AR; Corey is survived by his wife of 13 years Sherry Scalf Pachmayr; children Makayla Danielle and Phillip Andrew Pachmayr; parents Kenneth Pachmayr and Brenda Walker; sister Jessica Kruft; brothers Coby and Carey Pachmayr.
Cory enjoyed camping; he worked 12 years as an EKG Technician at Vanderbilt University Hospital where he met is wife Sherry.
Funeral services will be conducted 12:00 Saturday May 26, 2012 in the chapel of Forest Lawn with Lawrence Lamb officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
Family and friends will gather to remember Corey during a visitation Friday May 25, 2012 from 1:00 until 9:00 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
