David E. Ralph

He is preceded in death by his devoted wife of 64 years, Mary Louise Ralph; parents, Tyree W. Ralph, Sr. and Ozie Hall Ralph; siblings, Betty Sue Black, Margie Christine Goats, Mary Lee Brown, T.W. Ralph, Jr., and Don Henry.

Ralph Is survived by one sister, Doris Hall Dean (Bill Dean); two loving daughters, Luwana Ralph and Barbara Ralph Kizer (Millard W. Kizer, Jr.); three grandsons, Millard Kizer, III, David Wayne Kizer (Alisha Kizer), and James Michael Kizer; thirteen great-grandchildren, one great-great granddaughter, numerous nieces and nephews.

David retired from Ford Glass Plant after 30 years of service. He was a member of the Madison Creek Baptist Church where he served as a deacon. He was also a member of Beech Lodge 240 and served as a bus driver for Shriners Hospitals for burns and crippled children.

The family would like to send a special thanks to the staff at NHC Sumner.

A visitation for David will be held Monday, August 30, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 1150 South Dickerson Road, Goodlettsville, TN 37072. A visitation will occur Tuesday, August 31, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at 12:00 PM.
